Bill Jordan knows Kaufman County's marketplace, having worked for over three decades in the community he's called "home" for most of his life. As RE/MAX Homeland Realty's broker, Jordan keeps track of property in every Kaufman County community, stays on top of current property values, and understands the shifting nature of marketing trends that makes it possible to quickly bring buyers and sellers together. Regardless of his role in a transaction, his objective is to deliver the type of results his clients are expecting.
Jordan is best known for mapping out unique marketing plans for property sellers. He also enjoys working with buyers who are looking to establish small or medium size farms and ranches. The Jordan family has a small cattle operation east of Kaufman and he can always find the time to talk about the cattle business.
A graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), Jordan has also earned National Association of REALTOR® designations as a foreclosure and short sale resource manager (SFR) and as a trained negotiator (CNE). He is active as a "Major Investor" in TREPAC which serves as the political action arm of Texas' Association of REALTORS®.
